Stacy Rae is co-owner of BODY TECHNIQUES and is best known for her unique style of personal training and her passion for helping women Get In Shape, Stay In Shape, and Feel Better about their bodies. This passion is the core of her life’s work; it began over 28 years ago, and it keeps her going today. Poor self esteem and body image is an issue for women of all ages and Stacy Rae is working to help women gain a positive self image.
Stacy Rae began teaching aerobics when she was just 16 and, in addition to being a Group Certified Fitness Instructor through A.C.E. (American Council on Exercise), she is a certified PiYo (a combination of Pilates and Yoga) instructor.
Throughout her training, she has been able to design workouts for womenÕs specific structure, the Body Type Workout System. She has said, “Too many women have wasted years working out and not getting results,” and she believes that this result is a combination of incorrect workouts and unrealistic goals. Not only is Stacy Rae a personal trainer, she gives lectures, seminars and workshops all over the US, and happily serves the community of Huntington Beach with workshops, lectures and volunteering for churches, schools, senior centers, corporations, and gyms.
